At Flips we provide hours of gymnastic fun! We offer parties for all occasions, from kindergarten graduations, Girl Scout field trips and birthdays. Let our professionally trained staff plan your child’s next celebration. At least two trained party hostesses will be available for all parties. Parties may be scheduled on Fridays, most weekends and school holidays. Check with our office or call 433-8811 for availability. All ages are welcome!
Activities during a party may include:
- Obstacle Course
- Gymnastics Training
- Trampoline Time
- Tumble-Trak (40 ft & 30 ft Trampoline)
- Parachute Games
- Rock Wall
1. Flips Party Package - Just relax and we'll do it all!
Flips Party Package will provide all a parent and their child could want for their birthday celebration. Play time with all of their friends and two trained party hostesses. In addition to gymnastic type activities, all of the items below are included with this package.
- Refreshments of your choice
- All tableware (plates, forks, etc.)
- Linen tablecloths
- Pizza or cake
- One hour of gymnastics fun!
- Free trial coupon for a gymnastic, fitness or cheerleading class
- Post card invitations are available for 15 cents each for host family to mail out
- Balloon for each child
- 45 minutes for gifts and refreshments
- 18-child party ($5 each additional child)
- Cost $260
- Food is provided for children only

2. J&E Fitness Party
Flips’ now provides a healthy but
not bland party experience. In addition
to gymnastic type activities, all of the
items below are included with this
package.
- Juice, Fruit Punch or Milk only
- All tableware (plates, forks, etc...)

- Roast Beef, Ham or Turkey Sandwiches
- 1 Hour of gymnastic fun
- Preview coupon for a gymnastic, Fitness or cheerleading class
- Invitations available for 15¢ each
- FREE On-Line Invitations
- Balloon for each child
- 45 min for gifts & refreshments
- 18 child party ($5 each addition child)
- Cost $260.00

*No adult participation in any party. All non-party guests, adult or child must stay on the tiled areas. No shoes or bare feet are allowed by the equipment.
